LinkedIn_PicWilliam Farmer has been involved with Dale Carnegie since his early 20’s.  He found his passion young and purchased the New Zealand Franchise in 1997 after achieving Master Trainer status. He worked with many of New Zealand’s top performing organisations and international companies and in 2013 purchased the Queensland Operation of Dale Carnegie Training.

Willliam has worked with more than 35,000 people during his career with Dale Carnegie.  His major focus today is Strategic Development with CEOs and General Managers with a desire to move their organisations and businesses to a new level using the most powerful tool they have – their people!

William is now working with some of Australia’s most successful organisations such as Arthur J. Gallagher - Australia, Hutchinson BuildersMichael Hill, Bradnam’s Group and The Hopper Group.

William’s expertise is in moving people fast with power and inspirational impact.  He has an innate ability for delivering training and motivational presentations in a way that support and move strong individuals outside their normal realms of comfort so they can address behaviours that may no longer be serving their business reality.

This strong and supported coaching has taken many leaders to new heights and William is now recognized as one of the leading Engagement Specialists and Trainers in the Australasian market.
